Ordering online

 

- Is it safe and is the site secure?

YES Absolutely. Oh So Curvy uses a safe payment method to process our client's orders called SSL. Your Credit Card details are protected at all times. Please refer to more info about our secure website.

 

- Who is Oh So Curvy?

Oh So Curvy is an online supplier of plus size lingerie, both everyday and sexy plus size lingerie. Please refer to About Us.

 

- How do I create an account?

Simply click on the “Register” button on the left side and follow the steps to create your Premium account.

 

- I forgot my username and password.

Simply click on “Recover Password” located under “Register” on the left menu.

 

- Do I receive an order confirmation email?

Yes, you will receive an auto-generated email to confirm your order.

 

- How do I know if an item is in stock?

You will know straight away if an item is in stock. There is not need to contact us. Click on a picture of an item you like or the words "Click for details" under the picture.

Once the product page is displayed you will notice the amount of items we have in stock is displayed as “x item(s) available” next to “Quantity” in the “Details” section.

Whenever you choose a different size or colour from the dropdown menu below, the quantity will automatically be displayed for that option.

 

- Can I save an order, without erasing it?

All items added to your shopping cart, for which check out was not completed, will remain in your cart when you leave the site. There is no need to save it.

When you return to the site, simply log in again and click on the shopping bag on the right menu to finalize your purchase. All the items you previously selected will still be there.

 

- Do you ship internationally?

We are very happy to cater for plus size woman all over the world.

A standard shipping charge of AU$ 15.00 for item weighing under 500 g and AU$ 25.00 for item weighing between 500g and 1 kg is calculated by our shopping cart software. If your order requires more for shipping and handling we will notify you via email.

 

- Which payment methods do you accept?

We are happy to accept:

- My order did not get processed. What do I do?

Most of the time your order was rejected for one or more of the following reasons...

-You were over the credit limit of your credit card.
-You left a required information box empty.
-The card number you entered was invalid or expired.
-The expiration date did not match the credit card number.
-The billing address did not match the credit card number.
-Your name did not match the name on the credit card.

Or possibly our server or credit card processor could be temporarily unavailable or down.

Please place your order again when this happens.

 

- How will I recognize the charge on my credit card statement?

Your monthly credit card billing statement
will show your transaction charge under the name of Oh So Curvy

 

-Do you accept international (non-Australian) payments?

We welcome Visa and Mastercard Credit card payment and Paypal from International buyers. You may also redeem a gift certificate if you are the lucky owner of one.

 

- Do you send C.O.D (Cash on Delivery) orders?

Unfortunately not at this time.

 

- What are the shipping & handling costs?

- Are there customs charges for orders shipped outside Australia ?

If you live in a country other than Australia , you may be liable to pay import taxes and/or duties before your order is released from customs. Please seek the advise of your local trade or customs office. Customers are responsible for paying any taxes, tariffs, etc. imposed by their country.

 

- How long will it take for me to receive my order?

All items are in stock. Items are packed and dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment.

Parcels sent within Australia via Australia Post normal mail usually takes between 2-4 days to reach you, but may take up to a week.

Parcels sent within Australia via Australia Post Express mail should reach you the very next business day or the day after, if you live outside the Australia Post Express Post zone.

Parcels sent outside of Australia usually takes between 1 and 2 weeks to reach their destination.

Please allow a few extra days before contacting us. There might be an unexpected delay.

 

- Will my item be posted discreetly?

All our parcels are discreetly wrapped and there's absolutely no way of telling what's inside the parcel or who the sender is.

All items are sent in a plain brown envelope or Australia Post satchel. No one will know what's inside or where it came from. The return address simply states our PO Box, with not company name.

 

- Can you send the package to a 3 rd party?

Yes we can. Simply add a note to request it to step 3 of 3 during the checkout process. Remember to give us the person's full name and address including their post code. You may also wish to modify the shipping address in your profile (also accessible from the same page). Remember that all items will then be sent to the modified address until you change it to another again.

 

- Can I returns an item?

Yes, we do accept returns and will gladly offer a replacement or store credit. Please refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy.

 

- Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds, but are happy to offer our customers a replacement item or store credit. Please refer to Refunds & Returns Policy.

 

- Can I trace my order?

All Express Post orders can be traced via Australia Post.

 

- Do you have a printed catalogue?

Oh So Curvy does not currently have a printed catalogue, but we are certainly planning to create one soon.

We do not have a store. All orders are placed online.

Our size chart reflect US, UK and Australian sizes. Measurements are in both cm and inches for your convenience.

 

- Are the sizes accurate?

Yes! Each new style added to our range is measured on our adjustable size mannequin to determine the exact size. We have found that each manufacturer uses a different size chart, making it very hard to know which size to buy when you are not able to fit your chosen item on.

We state both the USA and Australian size in our item descriptions, helping you to confidently choose the correct size for YOU. Please refer to our size chart before you purchase.
